With a background in working closely with elementary and high school students, I’ve spent years building trusted relationships with students, families, and school staff. My greatest reward was helping young people navigate challenges within the school setting—emotionally, socially, and academically. Now, I’ve expanded my reach to support individuals of all ages as they face trauma, depression, anxiety, and life’s everyday struggles. I bring the same compassion, dedication, and relational approach to every session—offering a safe space to process, grow, and heal. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you gain clarity, build coping tools, and move forward with strength and hope.
